Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received it.

    • In the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used health and personal care products.

  • Items marked as final sale.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us immediately.


Shipping Costs
